EMBERS Staffing Solutions helps businesses to stay productive and profitable by:

• eliminating a company's recruitment associated costs such as advertising, screening and interviewing
• handling payroll processing expenses and administration including: employer contributions to Employment Insurance, employer contributions to Workers Compensation Board, 4% holiday pay, statutory holiday pay, and T4 and Record of Employment processing
• providing a flexible and responsive workforce in order to meet fluctuating or seasonal staffing needs

During the 2008 Vancouver civic election EMBERS workers were employed to help with the construction and placement of election signage throughout the City. Workers had good skills and worked hard to the the job done on time or ahead of schedule. EMBERS staff check back frequently to make sure workers are on-site and fit performing tasks as agreed.
