Setting the Stage for Benson Boone

When thousands of fans filled Rogers Arena for Benson Boone’s recent concert, few saw the hard work that made the show possible. But behind the music and the lights, a dedicated crew of EMBERS workers was there building, lifting, and taking it all down again.

Just two days before the show, our long-time partner and friend Riggit reached out with an urgent call: they needed a crew of skilled workers to help with both stage setup and takedown. Without hesitation, EMBERS stepped up.

Quick Turnaround, Big Impact

With just 48 hours’ notice, our staffing team coordinated 30 workers to support two shifts: one in the morning for stage setup, and another late at night for teardown after the concert. Our crews help to make sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule.

A Partnership That Rocks

Riggit has been a valued partner of EMBERS for many years, providing opportunities for our workers in the live event and production industry. They’re also the main contributor of our 100 Boots Campaign, which helps workers start strong with the right gear and safety equipment.

Whether it’s helping us get boots on the ground or stages in the air, Riggit continues to show what community partnership looks like in action.

Lighting Up Lives, On and Off the Stage

For the workers who took part, this job wasn’t just another shift; it was a chance to be part of something big. We’re proud of our team for their hard work, professionalism, and ability to make things happen, even on short notice. And we’re grateful to partners like Riggit who believe in our mission to create opportunities for everyone to work, contribute, and thrive!
