Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to develop the 2026 ranking, surveying approximately 15,000 people across Canada, including human resources managers, hiring managers, recruiters and employees who had recently worked with a recruiting firm. The companies receiving the most recommendations earned a place on the list.
